The firm's attorney is Jocelyn T. Andino. She is the daughter of immigrant parents, so she understands the complexities that come with establishing a home in another country. She has always had a deep interest in immigration law and a desire to help individuals who have immigrated to the United States. Even before finishing high school, Jocelyn knew she wanted to be an attorney - an immigration attorney to be exact!
Jocelyn attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and in 3½ years graduated magna cum laude in December of 2004. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Political Science. While attending UNC Charlotte, Jocelyn studied abroad in Guadalajara, Mexico. Jocelyn attended the University of South Carolina School of Law and in 2½ years she received her Juris Doctor degree in December of 2007. Jocelyn was admitted to practice law in South Carolina in May of 2008 and was admitted to practice law in North Carolina in August of 2008.
Jocelyn is fluent in Spanish. She resides in Columbia, South Carolina, with her husband and two daughters. She is an active member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
